“The building was an old and empty shell that required a lot of work to transform it into a modern and functional office space. The client also wanted to reflect their brand identity without being too imposing or overwhelming. The D&G team worked closely with the client, contractors, and suppliers to overcome the challenges of working on an old building. We added a raised access floor to the first floor to give the society the flexibility needed in a modern office. Also added were toilet blocks and kitchens on each floor to make the space more functional.”
